To Slime or not to slime?

How long do you think that flat fixer product was in there? It sure seems to have done a number on that rim.

I have no idea, nor of the brand of sealant. Tractor had 700+ hours on it when I got it. ~~ grnspot110

Is that an addition to your home you are rebuilding? By the looks of it from the ground up.

It's the 1958 portion. Not a great day today. The footings I wanted to dust off are partially undermined and in rubble. Need to rethink things a bit. Still on schedule.

If you slime a tube, it makes it much more difficult to patch it when you have to. The slime just keeps oozing under the patch, learned the hard way, on a biking trip.
