And after the gardening, grabbing our old faithful grill off the deck. After many years on the east coast and west coast it finally stopped working, having rusted beyond rebuilding. Tossed into the dump trailer.

It finally stopped raining in northern California so I am getting some work done. The deck is 30 years old and decrepit, it needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The hydraulic thumb adds huge functionality to the backhoe for this kind of work. The other photo shows why I got the B21 in the first place, it can sneak through four small trees and do the work without tearing up the landscape.

Not posting very often. Still loving my Kioti...

I used the grapple today with a couple chain tie downs to unload a neighbor's 5' bush hog and disk cultivator from my utility trailer (he had borrowed it) he has a cute little Old Ford he picked up and is now outfitting...

He is a good dude too.

I've been moving a lot of logs into my firewood bucking pile lately.

Be well all,
David

LSN that tree puller looks like it is laughing at those posts and your PHD is lucky to have found such a nice home. What are you going to do - drop the old posts in the septic tank ???

Lol. When we bought the house I was in a rush to fence for the dogs before winter.
I hired a guy. He and his crew put the posts in while I was at work. Contract specified the posts to be at least 3ft deep.... So ya, I kinda felt like putting them in the tank! Good news is that they were easy to pull out. :D

Been fairly busy. Today's seat time was actually mostly spent on the eXmark to make up for being rained out most of the week.

But I did clear some downed branches and made use of my just rebuilt cart.

I am also working on getting rid of the remains of an old shed that had collapsed, as well as some rotten pallets and the old deck of the cart.

While not today, a few weeks ago I opened up some ground next to the house that had become overgrown with brush. Found half a bed, a huge number of plastic flower pots, and some old hog fence, all in less than a quarter acre of space.

I'm coming up to one year of owning the L3301, and it finally feels like I know what I'm doing. Mostly. Backing the cart up is still an exercise in blood pressure regulation.

Edit: Any advise on how to flip the thumbnails on the pics?
