You pulled a lot of stuff out of there !! It looks real good now. And room to work stringing the new fence.

Yes exactly. And most importantly... Getting the poison ivy killed!

Last month I cleaned up along an old rock wall with a chain saw, loppers, and a weed wacker. Three days later my forearms were covered with poison ivy blisters. Didn't even think about looking for it before I started - Duh

It's amazing how fast fence rows can grow up, isn't it? Go through in the spring and by fall it can look like you haven't touched it in years.

Moving a rock pile and rebuilding a retaining wall.

Couple months back I did a section of fence row that hadn't been cleaned in a while and ended up with a bad case of poison I thought was going to kill me. Had it so bad I was fevered for two days. I sympathize.

No kidding. I need to do mine again. This time it will be in cool enough weather I can work fully clothed and covered...

Pretty nice excavator - seems to be double jointed. If I knew the correct terminology I would use it. Must be handy at times.

the ditch troll got me. Once those turf tires glom up, ballgame over.
Even with diff lock pushed, I was just sliding further down.
Time to stop, not make it worse, and walk all the way, and it's a hike..., back to the barn and get the tractor.
Otherwise a lovely day out and got all my mowing done.

Looks like you got it under control. The bright side is it looked to be a lovely day to goof around.
