Once my MIL had a religious man bring her a religious book to be bound. Big job, he never came back to get it after a year. Phone number and address had changed. I hunted him down via the internet and GOOGLE (he had used his true name), called the church, got the secretary to have him call me about the Sunday School lession he was teaching that weekend. I offered to come by that weekend during Sunday School hours and pick up payment... would you believe he came by within 2 hours

Google the address, the name, the phone number... whatever info you have...may discover her name in the list of a local bike group, or ??

It is sad that with all of the troop deployments some lowlife would use that to take advantage of someone else. I know when our son left Ft. Bragg to go over seas some of his guys lived away from there and sold cars, motorcycles etc for what they owed on them because there was limited places to store them etc. What a creep to take advantage of that situation.
