After reading this board for 2-3 months I took the plunge on a DK40 with Kioti FEL 1470 and 60" King Kutter brush hog. After looking at the Kubota and New Holland I just felt the Kioti was a good solid no nonsense tractor.Price was 18,575 plus tax.Maybe not the best deal but the dealer is only 10 miles away.THANKS TBN

Congrats, Mike D, you will have a blast with that new unit. I did some of the same comparisons, NH and Kubota but as you said i thought the DK was a great no-nonsense tractor with alot of value. i now have about 35 hrs on my new dk35 and i have zero complaints. Put r4s on mine and made some other minor adjustments. Now you can start shopping for additional attachments!! Also, go ahead and register so everyone at TBN knows who you are. For my area the price you paid seems fair. keep us informed.
