Yeah the dealer made a similar comment when I had it in for service and other service customers inquired if it was a Ventrac option.. I'm sure if they made it, it would be a whole lot prettier, and a whole lot more expensive.

I looked at your link. Looks promising, but I use my hitch quite a bit, and with the rack I still have access to the receiver.

Late last winter or early spring, Ventrac solicited suggestions from customers for new products. I suggested a "pig pole", AKA boom or crane. Not nearly as good as your creation, but I got free oil and filter our of the deal.
