Both front and rear differentials are hydraulically driven and they are claimed to be limited slip diffs, but each wheel is driven by a standard CV shaft to each wheel. Not a motor on each wheel.

I've owned 4 WD trucks most of my life. My wife has an AWD Subaru Impreza that is just lights out.

I have a Toyota pickup that is 4WD and it's ok...Only been realy stuck once but that was with a small trailer in deep fresh snow.

The best 4WD I've ever owned was an AMC Eagle. Simply the best I've ever seen but what a POS car is was! Hated that thing unless it was in snow.

IF the ToolCat is half as good as the Eagle it would still be god.

I can spin all 4 tires on slippery surfaces so power is getting to all 4 corners.
