Brad -
I got my Woods HD toothbar today. Unfortunately, the mounting system is different from yours, and is causing some problems (strange, since it's a Woods loader and bucket).
From the pictures you were kind enough to post, yours looks like it has a solid piece of flat stock running across the top of your bucket cutting edge, and individual tines or prongs at each tooth which wrap around the bottom of the cutting edge. This seems to allow a nice tight seat on yours. Mine has two solid bars, welded together to form a shallow "V" which the bucket edge should slide into. The teeth are mounted off of the top bar. Unfortunately, rather than welding the two flat pieces together where they meet at the point of the V, they welded it about midway down the inside of the V in about 6 or seven places along the length. This keeps the bucket edge from sliding all the way down the groove. I did not drill the holes to mount the bar, since I'm not happy with how it seats. There is a lot of room for the cutting edge to slop up and down inside the V. It also results in a very dull cutting edge: two pieces of approx 1/4" flat stock which do not quite meet at the point of the V (completely covering the edge of the bucket). They are not sharpened in any way, so I have a blunt edge over 1/2" thick to try to dig into what ever I am scooping up.
This looks like a much poorer design than yours. Are you sure yours was a Woods? Mine was still in the Woods box when I brought it home.
