Top and Tilt Question

Add a flow control valve in the circuit and use it to lock the cylinder when needed. Currently I use one in the toplink circuit to control the flow rate to the DPOCV cylinder and will use one in the sidelink circuit (a work in process) to lock the cylinder when needed but allow float when open and the control valve is in the detent.
