Top End Speed

I had my TC33D in III gear today - which I rarely am ever in - and was wondering which compact would have the best top end speed? Orange, Green, or Blue - Hydro or Gear - and what HP?

Should we have the first annual Compact Nationals here in Indy to find out!!!!
