Or instead of changing out quick disconnects for hard connectors, you could just swap on the quick disconnect ends from the unused ports, or maybe from the other working ports. Zero costs to verify the quick disconnect ports aren't blocking you.
Yes if you have other QD's that you can use, do that. But be sure you change both the female and male ends on a set. Then if it still doesnt work, change the other pair in the circuit.
