My father was a WWII vet and he drove VWs and Toyotas.... cars of the enemy! He drove Chevy's, too.... there's one Ford product in the family.... kids!

There may be some simple rules of thumb:

If your family always buys GM/BMW/Audi products over Ford/Toyota/VW, then buy a JD tractor.
If your family always buys Ford/Toyota/VW then Kubota tractor
If your family is less brand conscious and more of a bang for the buck type who buy Subaru/Hyundai/Kia, then Kioti, Mahindra, LS tractors will suit
If your family likes quirky brands like Mitsubishi or Suzuki cars then Branson or TYM
If your family loves Yugos then Belarus

There are a few subdivisions though. If you buy a Camry over a Lexus equivalent then L series Kubota over L Grand. If you buy a Toyota pickup then M series
If you buy an Escalade over a Suburban then R series over E or M series JD

If your family drives a Miata then Powertrac or other articulating tractor

Makes perfectly logical sense to me Island...
I bought a Fiat powered New Holland Workmaster 50 last year...
And purchased a Fiat powered Chrysler 300 this year...
And I've never owned a Chrysler before...

Not long ago my wife and I were a three toyota family with two kubotas. Now we are a one toyota, one ford, one honda, still two kubota but added one JD. Why so much change with the vechiles and added JD over another kubota...local dealers with toyota and kubota.
