Towing running gear with pickup

Since some of you own these types of wagons, how is your experience with these backing up? I can back a car or cargo trailer with no problems, but the double pivot points on them farm wagons, forget backing any more then a few feet.

A 3 point trailer mover helps to move the connection point to the trailer further back from the rear axle which means that it moves more for a given movement of the front wheels.
We also will use the RTV (which has a front mount trailer hitch on it) to back a hay wagon in. I added a trailer hitch and front weight for the L3830, so we will be able to use that this summer and I imagine that will make it much easier as it weighs a lot more than the RTV and will have an easier time moving a loaded hay wagon.

It's practice. I've been doing it for years, only way to get good is to try it.

I can back one up as far as I to go and then turn and put it in a gateway or doorway. I can do it with a pickup, but trucks aren't as nice to back with.

I can also back a baler and wagon up to, but that takes a lot more time :)

Want more fun? I haul all my hay with tandem wagons, light plug at tail of first wagon, yes I do back it up, but try to avoid that. Did back it around a 90 degree turn last summer but took a few attempts.
