does anyone know if i can tow a masey ferguson 135 tractor on a uhaul car trailer?:

According to Tractor Data DOT com the MF 135 has a weight of 3565 to 3810 pounds.

So if the U-haul trailer can carry that kind of weight and if all 4 wheels line up to fit on the trailer...and you have a sufficient tow vehicle....(no 4 cylinder compacts) ....I would say yes you can

if you tell uhaul what it is.. the answer is no..

any standard tandem 16' / 6000#and up rated car carrier will tote that 4000# tractor..

I used U-Haul's trailer finder to find a trailer to tow behind our Ford Explorer and it came up with a message that read something like this: "do to the number of lawsuits we will not rent trailers to be towed with a Ford Explorer, but you can rent one of our trucks"... So I don't think U-Haul would be happy with you towing a tractor on a car hauler...IMO

Tell them you are going to an auction, and are not sure what vehicle will be on it. It is easier to get forgiveness than to gain permission.
