A little late getting some pics posted, but we had a pretty good turn out with vendors, people showing up, and a few hardy souls bringing in a few tractors from our club to show them off. They ranged from large to small garden tractor size.
One in particular got a lot of attention. A Cub Cadet 129 converted to a scale model IH Hydro 100. Randy farmed with IH tractors all of his life, until retiring from farming last year. He still has his Dad's 9N Ford he bought new, all restored, and brings it to shows, and works it a bit when we do work at the County's Historical Farm Park. He is also into garden tractor plowing GTG's here and there, with a couple Cub Cadet's. Wanting something different, strictly for display, he spent the last 6-8 month's working on this Hydro 100 scale model. A lot of work went into it, and it's bound for the life of a trailer queen from here out. Pictures really don't do it justice. Future plans are to build a scale model, multiple bottom, semi-mount moldboard plow to go with it.
With the Governor's lifting of the ban on festivals, etc. here in Ohio, hopefully the Red Power Roundup in Springfield, OH will be a go, and this tractor will be on display there.
