I don't think that he tried to do any more than that with it, rather he was trying to show that it could dig. He wouldn't have run my tractor more than 5 seconds anyways... when he started it up and immediately hit the throttle I would have kicked him off it.
That happens a lot of YouTube, and understandably so. People get something new, are eager to show its use off, and so they film themselves operating it when they are really lousy with it. They should wait until they get comfortable operating it, but by then, it is just another tool in the barn.
So I get it. But when I see something like this, I never judge the equipment, or the operator: we all get excited about shiny and new things.
I could be mistaken, but believe that he's a salesman for a Branson dealer who posts videos occasionally. If so I hope that they have somebody else showing new buyers how to run their tractors.
Maybe someone who knows who he is and the dealership he works at could do everyone a favor and tell him he can’t operate it and to take the video down because it’s embarrising to watch and will most likely loose sales for his brand of tractor.
