Tractor cleaning... Whats your favorite degreaser?

Hehe "LAS TOTALLY AWESOME"?? I've saw that stuff in every style. Wheel cleaner, carpet cleaner, general cleaner, you name it. My boss bought a bunch of different ones at work some worked good some not so much.

I find that rain water seems to work fine. Blowing snow is also good.....

Gotta fire up the pressure washer soon though. Going to shim my relief for a few extra psi. Having the mud washed off for that job is a very good thing

If you want to take paint off for repainting purple power and a power washer works well...
For my tractor I typically just take the power washer and hold it off the machine a decent distance and clean off the machine...
For washing I use pink dish washing detergent...
I like to wax the hood when I get a chance...

I like some stuff we have at work called alpha, it works well, with hardly any elbow grease, I also have a hot water line in my basement I hook to the pressure washer , hot water will blast it off also! LUTT

Over 25 years ago I saw some purple cleaner, don't know what brand, change the shade if the paint on an engine. We thought it was because the wash man, left it on too long in the sun.

yep.. purple stuff CAN attack paint.. gotta be carefull with it
