Tractor Financing for bad credit?????

/ Tractor Financing for bad credit????? #61
If it was me I would be looking for a tractor that
would fit my needs and get the lowest priced one
I could find in good shape!
FORMULA FOR GETTING OUT OF DEBT!
Say you have 5 loans and you make the payments
on the 4 big loans but you put every penny you
can on the small loan and don't purchase anything
that you can do without! When the smallest loan is
paid off then you work on the next smallest loan as
you will have the money from the regular payment
from the smallest loan and any extra to put on the
next smallest loan

If you think you can win buying lotto tickets you
have a better chance of getting bit by a shark on
dry land

The post did point out that a lot of people have no clue about how credit works...even Dave Ramsey doesn't follow his own advice. The dude tells people to not use credit because he has little regard for their ability to do so wisely. After all, if they were good with money they would not be paying him for he!p.

Thanks, Willy. The nearest dealer is more than an hour away. I'm not willing to go that far since I have a lot of other options under 45 minutes out...

Test drive all the tractors you can before you decide
which one you want, you won't be sorry trying them.
We have a JD dealer 20 miles from me and a Yanmar
dealer 80 miles south of me but I chose the Yanmar
dealer in Lubbock 120+ miles from me. Real people
here at K&S Tractor sure helped me out getting my
tractor. South of me got a different story from 2 sales
people there so no go! If I have a question Mike takes
the time to get me an answer! JD people OK but the
price for what you get made me forget them and the
engine is a YANMAR so now I have a Yanmar. A
dealer makes the difference on who you deal with.
Many years ago tried to purchase a tractor from JD
the boss was talking to me then he looked down at
my boots and called his son over to talk to me. I don't
spent $400+ on a pair of boots red wing or chippewa
boots are good enough for me!

If you have bad credit you should see the dealer that
has the tractor you want and credit or no credit they
can usually work something out for you cause they
want to SELL!

Glad you found something that works for you. JD is too expensive for what you get, imho. Any time dealerships are doing financing, they judge people trying to guess their credit. They never get us right. I dress for comfort, not to impress. I've probably done my last job interview and I don't much care what others think. Credit is outstanding. Sometimes, they don't want to deal with us because the margin is smaller. Right now, it is a sellers market, so normal rules don't apply. Dealers can be picky. Ultimately, they want someone with middling credit so they can make money on the asset and the financing. Poor credit has repo risks and excellent credit makes little to nothing in interest.
