My homeowner's would not cover my RTV, so I did a little research and went with Kubota's KTAC insurance. It was cheaper than I could get it anywhere, and it covers everything.

I have the new Texas Farm Bureau AgAdvantage policy. It covers everything, dwellings, personal property, loss of use, identity theft, liability ($1,000,000 aggregate, $500,000 per occurance), medical payments to others, chemical drift, animal collision, and recreational use of property Property includes my 14 acres, house, and barns. Contents are covered on and off property. All my tractors, trailers, and implements are covered with $500 deductible. Everything is itemized.
I also have my vehicle insurance with Texas Farm Bureau. The renewal notice I just received gave me a 5% claims free discount and a 15% companion policy discount (AgAdvantage).

Hi,
You have to be careful about the type of insurance you purchase for your tractor.
The most important coverage is liability , I can live without my tractor if I loose it, it will be hard, cause I'm not rich,but if I get sued for bodily injury, I could lose everything ,if Im not insured.
Most of the tractor insurance you purchase with the dealer is for the machine, not liability.
Also the homeowner policy will cover small tractors like a lawn tractor, but not the farm tractors. There is also a limitation as far as amount and horsepower, it varies from one company to the other.
I went with a farm policy, that covers me properly for the tractor and the liability, it covers also all my land in case of accident and it is cheaper than one would think. Less than 250.$ year for 12,000.$ on the tractor and 1,000,000. liability.
My riding JD L145 tractor mower is covered under my homeowner.
The coverage on the farm policy is an ''all risks'' coverage.
