RK37 Hydro Cab
Hopefully tractor guy can help. I waited for almost two months for the Ashland KY store to get their replenishment shipment for a RK37 Hydro Cab. After calling other stores out of my area I was told to order it. I致e done that, been approved for financing and bought $9000 in attachments. I was told it would be just a few days because the tractor was already in Waverly for a video shoot. It痴 been over two weeks and still nothing. The salesman says he has no idea why it痴 taking so long. I知 going Monday to look st Mahendra痴. This is too long to be without a tractor. I sold my Kubota to buy this tractor. Any help?

If you like Kubota and have a good dealer for them I would go that route. Your initial experience with RK in your area could be tell tale signs of things to come.

kioti. i paid less for mine than a similar RK. I added options to match what I needed and what the RK had. I also had a kubota before.
Not sure I'd go mahindra..seems to be a lot of issues with them - no doubt depends on specific models, some are TYM made...same as RK. Some are not..not sure which have issues.

One neighbor has his dads kioti- never had a repair. another had a kubota, moved to mahindra - it spent more time in the shop than at his house. he then went to MF and is happy.

NH is popular here. folks are brand loyal so must be good machines. not sure on cost, friend has a 45h workmaster, i like the features on it.

I don’t have a Kioti dealership anywhere close to me. I’m a totally disabled Veteran and need a cab. Can’t afford the green or orange.

can't help with location of dealership, but they are great tractors, offer cabbed models, and are much less costly that Kubuta or JD. Mine was about $3500 less - 15% - than a comparable kubota BEFORE the options. Rear remotes were $295- they're $895 on a kubota.

The closest dealers to me are mahindra, JD then NH - Kubota are about an hour away, Kioti about the same. TYM is 2 hours away. No branson or LS that I know of. RK opened a store here in april and started selling tractors - hard to find help there, typical of every big box store - the stock boy offers to help but has no clue, gets someone else from appliance or electrical, they know nothing, etc.

I may not need a ton of support, but when I know more than the folks paid to know about what they're selling, I lose all confidence in their ability to help in the future should the need arise.

VS say, a kubota dealer - I bought a used kubota, went there for filters/oil and the parts guy asked who i bought it from - and then pulled up the whole service history and moved it under my name. I also knew the history of my unit - dating back to it's purchase in 1974!

Sir, thank you for your service. I'm an Air Force vet, as are both of my sons. It is great to serve, wish everyone did. As with several RK Tractor models, demand has been ahead of inventory, but we have caught up. A fully loaded 37 HP Hydro with cab, RimGuard, loader and backhoe (with thumb) for just under $31k creates a lot of demand, and the orders we placed several months ago with our manufacturer have been arriving. Your tractor was a special build as it included a backhoe and R1 tires, but it is now built and is on trailer #608, scheduled to be at Ashland tomorrow (Sunday) morning or Monday, I will confirm this morning as to which day and let you know. Very sorry for the delay, and thank you very much for your business, your service and for your patience.

Which RK store are you referring to?
