Here's a picture of the wife on the PT-180. It was a real pain in the butt trying to get her off of it. Go figure.

Stefan,

Looks great! Try to keep your wife from getting all the work done before Saturday. I'd like to see you put it through its paces! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Trojan6,

Sorry it rained all day Saturday and I didn't get too see your new machine. However, rain was only scattered on Sunday in Central Texas, so give us an update on what you did with your new PT /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Too bad you couldn't make it. Two others showed up, and I let them move some dirt around with the 180. Didn't have a whole lot of luck though, due to the wet/slippery ground. I still managed to find some other jobs to work on with it.
Sunday really put the tractor through its paces, and I can honestly say I haven't been as impressed with a piece of equipment as when I took it into the woods. Simply amazing. The ability to knock down branches, dig up 6-in cedar trees at the roots, and push huge piles of brush around convinced me that I made the best choice. However, the verdict is still out on the post-hole digger. Spent two hours after work yesterday trying to dig a hole, and it just wasn't cutting it. I'm gonna look for a better bit (rock) to attach and see if I'll have more luck.
Will try and get some pictures posted when I slow down some.

Holy *&^% /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif!
you "bulldozed" cedars with your machine. Those from central Texas may not understand, cedars (actually white mountain junipers) are rock hard yet incredibly flexible, have a root system that looks like the devil's own horns and grow in 1 inch of topsoil and 100' of bedrock.

Save a couple for me, I have got to see that "little" machine dig up a 6" cedar.

All I can say is WOW /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif!

Congratulations again.
