You'll need to get it from a dealer... do you have any near you? You can mail order them if you need to. What size holes? Oh, and welcome to TBN :) The hose can be replaced by most hydraulic shops and sometimes even NAPA stores (at a higher price.)

How old are the hoses? Hoses can get old and crack but usually only after a good deal of time. The hole in the bottom is a little more interesting. Is it possibly rusting or does it look like it has been punctured? As far as the filter goes I would call your closest dealer and if there is not one close a lot of major auto parts stores can cross reference the filter for you. Getting it off isn't too bad. You may want to get an oil filter wrench if you are going to keep doing your own maintenance and don't have one yet. If you cant get access to one, a messy way to do it is to pound a screwdriver through the filter to give you leverage. Caution it will be messy. When you finish remember not to overtighten the filter. You should not need a wrench to put it back on.

I have seen a few other posts suggesting people look at tractorsmart.com for parts and manuals.

I would NOT try the screw driver method, often when you go to turn the screw driver all you do is cut the filter in half. You have a real mess then. I think even Wal-Mart carries oil filter wrenches.

Welcome to TBN!!! If you need any additional information, you might want to try the parts/repairs or hydraulics section.

Welcome to TBN.

You are definatally better off getting a filter through a dealer.

The hoses can be made at any hydraulic shop if you have any around. It is best if you take all of your old hoses in and they can make them exact. But be warned, hydraulic hoses aren't cheap.
