Bird ... I didn't look at the videos, but agree that most would not have time to jump off a tractor once its weight started to move.
I think the best thing to do, assuming you're belted in, just stay put, keep extremities tucked in, let the safety equipment (belt and ROPS) do what they were intended to do and hope for the best.
Recently I decided AGAINST sending my TSEK plans to Henro for ideas. (TSEK = Tractor Seat Ejector Kit)
