I found four potential companies online that I will solicit bids from
Something to watch for when you speak to these Online metal building dealers... Every single one of them just happens to have a building on the warehouse floor (some of them will put you on hold, while they "go check" to make sure it's "still there") in almost the exact same dimensions as you're asking about, that someone else ordered and then couldn't afford, or just never came to pick up. They will need to know right away if you're interested in that building or not (at a "deep discount") because otherwise it's about to be shipped off for scrap, or otherwise gone for some other tragic reason.
It's a high pressure sales tactic and a lie. Don't fall for it. They'll still be calling you a month from now to see if you're interested in that building that should have been smelted already. They will try to make you feel bad that they held onto it, just for you, and it's been taking up space in their warehouse, waiting for you to pull the trigger. Maybe Mueller and other higher class dealers don't do that, but there's a rash of them that do. Steelmaster, curveco, steelspan, etc. especially the guys who also sell quonset style buildings. It's like they are all part of one multi-level marketing shadow company, who teaches their salesman the same tactics.
