Tractor Smoking

I have a Cub Cadet 7275 it runs fine has plenty of power and does not use any oil between oil changes.
The problem I have is the tractor smokes more than any other deisel tractor that i have owned. It is made worse I think by having the exhaust pipe located below the engine compartment instead of overhead like most units. Is this anything I should be concerned about? It has been a pain recently while I have been using the tractor for skidding trees.
Every time I jump off the machine to chain up a log I have to inhale more exhaust than I would like. Anyone have any suggestions regarding possible solutions to this situation.

The color of the smoke is blue / white. I will check the air filter.

Check around the injectors for any leaking fuel, if the nozzles are not seated in the head properly, you could have a compression leak as well as a fuel leak. Torque down the injector nozzles into the head to seat them properly if you see any leaks.

Pull them and look for wet nozzles. Dribbling will cause excesss fuel and smoke.

I've got a 7264 with no smoke at all only at start up , usually one large black "puff'.
You may have an injector problem as others have said or maybe a little water.
