Yep, you nailed it. Here's a picture. I have realized it is impossible to capture hills with cell phone cameras

Best way I've found is take a side shot, showing something vertical in the picture with the road - like a tree, otherwise as you've said you don't get a good perspective of the slope.

You could find a beater 4x4 truck equipped with a plow. Probably cheaper than a tractor plus snow blower. Or hire someone to plow it.

If you need room to pile snow you could hire some dirt work done to make a wider spot.

OK...the OP lives in the 'burbs with a small yard but has this nasty narrow, steep, and winding driveway that doesn't have much area to push snow off of it. The drive also looks like the surface angles change quite a bit so a plow or blower will have to have great articulation to stay level to surface being worked on. It looks like the twisting turns would warrant a short and maneuverable vehicle that has easy speed control on hills. Hmm...interesting. I know my toolcat with a front blower and all-wheel-steering would be great but is way too much $$$. A used front deck mower 4x4 and rear steering that has a blower would work good but to get cheap, they have a bunch of hours. A Deere 4x4 and AWS x7** series would work too. There are 2 issues that come to mind...#1, blowers will be slower so they will have to be chained...#2, being that a blower sticks out quite a bit, anything with rear steering will help with the turns.

....and #3, power chute rotation would be a must as it looks like you would need to change the direction quite a bit as the drive changes direction.

People are terrible at estimation and expression of grade and slope.

There is an app for that.

The STEEPEST ski terrain is typically around 35% Heck, you can hardly stand on the pitch, let alone walk up it.

Get the APP, I use Clinometer.

Nah! Blowing snow into the woods is pretty much always off to one side. Chute rotation is infrequent. Working around Buildings takes the adjustments.

But with a cab, there may be no good options.

I will download this and post results once I get back home. I am only going off what previous real estate agent told us. It was a contentious sticking point in the transaction. Feel like they would not exaggerate it haha.
