I ran into this at stop&shop, even though someone clearly looks over 21, they want an ID for their records a few months ago to buy alcohol, lighters, lighter fluid, tobacco, and other things, store policy, they may have been caught selling to minors.. no other place has done this. in MY State, the State sends minors to stores to see if the store will sell to minors..

A lot of stores here card everybody, and even need to scan your license before selling you beer. I stopped buying ammo at Walmart years ago when they carded the 70ish man in front of me for a box of shotgun shells. It痴 cheaper and easier to buy it online, anyways.

I suppose.. I stay away from society as much as possible to avoid all this nonsense.. My local stores ask me nothing and thank me for my patronage and that's the way I like it..
