which tsc is it you go too, i know orange county ny is only about an hour away from me, i usualy go to the enfield tsc or the amenia ny tsc which have seemed to be about normal prices, alot of steel stuff is higher right now but thats cause the price of steel is rediculous so stuff like fence, posts, corral panels, gates etc that are steel are higher right now, but other than that i have noticed everything to be about the same as the blue book prices

How about that great guv'ner we have. Sells the mental hospital in Milan Township to Toyrota for 9 mil. Delveloper offers 24 mil. Actually the land was conveyed to Toyrota. I think that means they paid NOTHING for it. Of course they will want the usual 14 year tax abatement. So now Milan Twp., has to provide police and fire service and gets nothing for it. Come to think of it, the people in the state in general get nothing either. Jennifer is crying that Michigan is broke. Seems to me that she's helping that along. If she really needs money for the state coffers, maybe she could do a pin-up spread!!! I'd pay a nickle for a copy. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Seriously, with the Milan/Toyota fiasco, she has lost my vote, forever. The developer is suing the state and has a winnable case. The state will wind up paying off the developer and we loose some more. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Snow. You mean that white stuff we get in our second season of the year? Can't wait really, it's great upnorth in the winter, those snowless guys don't have a clue how great it is. You have it made 5030. Try moving to NY state. Taxed to death with way too many politicians. And life goes on I guess. If I didn't have 35 years in where I work I'd be gone.........But then again were would I go?? Every place has its' drawbacks. Florida was a nice place but not lately. Take care. If you like snow you should have been here a couple of years ago when we got 7 feet in 2 days..Some pics on my website..

Which one do you shop at Florence, or Maysville? I usually go to the one in Maysville. I've heard a rumor from 2 different sources that there is going to be a TSC in Alexandria.
