Too much crap to load up. Never saw it, but I am guessing the cops were smart enough to do it while not on a moving tractor unlike that kid they tasered (and killed) driving that quad, I think in Michigan, some time ago.

Synopsis.
1. Idiot on tractor booking it down the road at a high rate of noise.
2. Idiot finally stops. And gets off tractor when cop approaches.
3. Cop talks to idiot for a while and then asks him to empty pockets and allow a frisk.
4. Cop removes some pills in a bottle and a knife from idiot.
5. Cop starts to hook up idiot, but idiot has other ideas, and wrenches free and runs off camera
6. Cop and idiot are out of frame for maybe 10 seconds. Apparently idiot is wrestling with cop and attempting to injure him.
7. Idiot enters frame, running down road at a very fast rate. Cop is chasing him several feet behind. Chase continues for several yards.
8. Cop fires Taser at idiot. Idiot, drops like a sack of spuds on his face, and slides for some feet. Idiot is knocked out when head hits asphalt.
9. Cop is calling for assistance on radio, and idiot is just laying in the middle of the road on his face. End of video.

There you go. It is hilarious to watch, just about the funniest thing I have seen all week!
