I'm not really certain but am inclined to think they are not radials. They do say they are low sidewall tires but I/m not really seeing the word "radial" anywhere. Hard to find any hard specs but here is how they are being marketed.
This link shows a picture of bias and radial in the upper right corner. Not that I am a fan of radials on a tractor on my ground but I was curious.

The bottle jack seems like it would be unstable holding up one end of a log...
I would put some kind of firmly attached plate on the top. Like 6x6 square. Welded to the jack.
Securely mounted on the bottom as well. Either on a large block or something better if it becomes permanent use.

Those are the R14 tires which are fairly new. Sort of a crossover between R1 and R4, thus R14 but also turf friendly. I believe the construction to be similar to the R4 for sidewall strength. I had R1 tires on my old tractor, was originally going to go with R4 for this one. Decided to give these a try. So far they are working out pretty well.

I've been debating switching to R14 tires when it's finally time to replace the tires on my tractor. Are they similar in size to R4? I'm hoping they have a size that will fit the rims on my present R4 tires... and that my existing chains will fit them.

I used a scissors jack out of an old Caprice for a long time, before I got my toe boards...

I sat it on a cement block and lifted one end of the logs, it didn't need anything else to work just fine...

There's two on my mill, one for each end of the log, they are fairly easily moved along the bed,

It's nice to be able to raise the whole log, and if needed to re-position the log with the rollers.
