Any fruit or nut tree wood is good, even grapevines. I almost always do my poultry with cherry.

You have some good equipment Sheepdog. I like that home-made 3ph grapple and it looks like the splitter is home-made too ?? Do you cut your own wood or buy it log length and trailer it home ?
