Snow Blade tractors need chains on front wheels when using a snow blade

Not to sound stupid but how do they spin when you Jack the front wheels off the ground.

perfectly, and easily with my pinky!.. and also, never a problem on dry or wet ground, they rotate freely!..

I will say when I push my snowblower with chains on and not running its a bear to push with the chains. These are 2 link and kind of act like wheel chocks when they come around and lie between the links. When they're driving its fine
obviously.
