So I've been looking to get a slightly bigger tractor so I can run a 72" vs 60" mower without bogging down and have a few extra hp for anything else I might want to do. Here's the deal I'm looking at and would like to know if it sounds fair.
Trading in my 2011 Kubota B2920 which I paid $18,250 for with loader and 60" mm. Getting a JD 2032R with loader and 72" mm which books for around $26,400. Before taxes and JD insurance the difference is $8300. Also getting the JD 655 tiller, Frontier rotary cutter and JD box scraper along with quickhitch and autohitch and all necessary bushings, etc. Before taxes and JD insurance the total is $5500. This seems pricey for the attachments I want but somehow I always bust knuckles trying to hook up PTO shafts and getting everything lined up with the arms. The 0% financing makes me inclined to get the attachments now as well as the possibility of being able to hook everything up from my tractor seat. Sounds good in theory but not sure how well the autohitch works in real life.
Any opinions?
