For those with equipment or flat bed trailers that have treated wood decks what is the best coating you have found that holds up the longest? I've used a couple different brands but it doesn't seem to last too long. I know the sun and weather is hard on the deck. I finally can get mine out of the weather but wanted to power wash and coat. Thanks in advance.

I got tired of staining and replacing the wood deck. So I changed out the planks for aluminium diamond plate decking, painted it black, and have not looked back. That said, I do not tow my tractor around in it. It is a small 8x12' utility trailer.
