I had a interesting experience saturday. I had finished cleaning up a fence row and I loaded some fair size rocks in the bucket. Loaded the tractor onto the trailer. When I got home and started to unload the tractor there was a loud pop. Stopped started to look around to find out what happened. The front wheel had gone thru the floor of the trailer. Cheap rotten lumber used in manufacturing of the trailer. The trailer isn't that old. I will be replacing the floor to the tune of about 200.00.

Bummer Jim, what was the trailer flooring? Mine is treated 2 X 8 pine and seems to be holding up OK. How old is your trailer? Good thing it didn't fail driving down the road /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Trailer is about 2 or 3 years old. My floor is cheap white pine. Will be replaceing it with treated 2 x 8 lumber. Thank goodness for 4wd, I just put it in 4wd and eased up out of the hole and off the trailer.
