For occasional use of loading and unloading, I just toss a set of regular adjustable jack-stands under the back corners of the trailer and use removable ramps.
One issue you can run into is that once the tractor is loaded, even if positioned to put the weight towards the front, the trailer springs can squat down enough that there is weight on the back jack supports. A simple pinned jack stand can be problematic to remove. A crank style jack will be easier to disengage when there is weight on it.
