A Couple of miscalculations as far as a trailer for your tractor.

And then a trailer for your tractor, high floatation was the idea!

Good powers of observation. This was done just to satisfy a curiosity and never hit the road. The ramp was well blocked and additionally supported.

I've traveled a LOT with the military. Decades ago I noticed that countries other than ours, especially European countries use road worthy trailers on their tractors a LOT. The tractor for them isn't just a tool to use on the farm. It is also a tool to transport their commodities to town or on the highway from one site to another. Or it can even be used to transport people. We just rarely do that here. We are joined at the hip to our expensive "road vehicles", trucks, cars, and now UTVs, etc.

Now that's a trailer!!!

Getting more common here to see electrical trailer plugs on new tractors here. My Kubota has one. It will probably never be used.

Here's a '90s frame that was used as a dirt bike hauler. I rebuilt it and its most enjoyable use is for hauling little kids for fall hayride parties.

Yup there is such a thing. Many forestry trailers have pto power to drive the wheels, likely requires a tractor with "ground speed PTO" to regulate the speed. Wouldn't be hard to use the same design with a dump trailer.

Thanks for the stuck links, there were some WOW pic. I seen quite a verity of machinery, but oddly enough I didn't see no Skidders stuck. Did everybody swap there skidders for tractors with PTO winches and or grapple's.

YES, I is surprised, about 6 different types, guess I need to visit the PTO threads for a while. The only ?? now is, how much coffee is this gonna take......

The more I read about tractor PTOs the more I wish I had a Delorean.
How many out there in the real tractor world can see the advantage of this kind of trailer, in my dream world every trailer capable of carrying 1000lbs. on up would have this option, and begs the ??, why are all the good stuff made across the ocean. It really gets my goat and I only have one left, everytime I go on YouTube to look at tractor acc. etc..., It's all is made in Europe and now Malaysia and I have to look at a map to find out where that is, and some of there tractors appear to be true 4 wheel drive not 3 wheel drive.
