anyone out there have any good sugestion for stoping my washing machine from traveling all over my basement
it is on concrete and is level. however when the load gets out of banlance it starts to travel. I put it back in position at least once a week if not twice. any sugestions will be appreaciated

Other than tethering it, the only thing I can think of is making sure all 4 feet are adjusted so ther're tight to the floor...............chim

I used rubber mounted bottom adustable legs..works fine.

Pick them up at Sears store.

Make sure the suspension springs are still all in position "under the hood". I had one break and we couldn't keep the washer in place.

is it a GE washer ??? if so...they have rubber straps that act as torsion stops on the bucket. they break....often.... and allow the bucket to slop around eventually messing everything up. pop the hood and see if you have them. this may be causing the strolling.

I echo the above posts. Something must be broken to cause it to move so much. Mine
is in the basement & I don't ever remember having it move around. Been there for 13 yrs.
