It says I showed you where Mike Morgan talked to the actual guy and he said how it happened.
Yes!...And here's the guy...

The one with the meter? I wouldn’t cut it either. 😉 But seriously, maybe you could get the power company to deal with it.
Its not falling on the power pole or line and the NFS is the owner. I showed it as an "dangerous splitting tree" example and have no intention of felling it..

It might be photoshopped, but I highly doubt it was staged.
Agreed. Photoshop is very likely, a real incident somewhat less. But I'd have trouble believing it was staged, as in, "let me go purposely hang my tractor from that tree".

Seriously, I (sort of ) agree it's real not photoshopped. The only way I could see is using crane that got it down hung it there for sensationalism, youtube hits, etc.
Shadows are something they say to look for. I have a friend who is good at analyzing photos...I'll see what she says & she consults with others good at analyzing real & fakes.
Like the guy in youtube video said...99.9% sure it's real. I like 100%.

Maybe I'll print it and carry in my wallet!
Right now it's my good wife.
I was in Walmart a while back and had a woman's blouse in my cart on top of other things, part of wife's birthday gifts. Ahead of me was a 20 something with a couple kids & wore a wedding band...nice guy & started a conversation. He said "Oh...is that for your wife?". I said "no.... for my husband". Immediately he said "hey, that's ok, my boss is gay, I understand".
Then I said no, showed her picture & together 51 years.

Chaps work - this was a couple of years ago with a Stihl 361
I am seriously considering Stihl chaps. I have a crap ton of wood piled up from storm clean up to do this winter. I feel like irregularly piled wood and chunks of wood is more dangerous than a straight log laying on the ground or a standing tree. Reading through this article has pushed me into being more cautious. (y)
