Trencherman backhoe : are they made in USA ?

I am looking for a self powered backhoe and I saw the trencherman by Northstar. Does somebody know who is the manufacturer for this excavator and where he his located. This Trencherman excavator seem to be everywhere on the internet but is it made in USA ?

So far, I haven't been able to discern where it's made either. There are some made in the US though, here's one:
