Is there any sort of 3 point or draw bar attachment for trenching. Simply cannot afford a back hoe. Not realistic! SO! Do they make any sort of trenching device or am I going to have to build one?

Everything Attachments handles Bradco brand. Price starts at just over $6k and up.

Perhaps trencher is the incorrect word. I want to dig about 1000 feet of 18 inch deep trench just wide enough to lay a 2 inch pipe. Surely there is something like a plow, that can be draggedm ripping up that rock infested ground at my place! I'm about ready to build something I tell you!

The Bradco power trencher SSdoxie mentioned is a "Ditch Witch" on a 3 pt for your tractor. Very expensive... renting a walk-behind makes more sense for a one-time only project. Here's the link for the Bradco units:
Hydrostatic Tractor, PTO Driven, 3 Point Hitch Trencher

Another alternative is a subsoiler:

Fred Cain Tractor Subsoiler, 3 point hitch

Some users rig up an attachment to the subsoiler so you can pull the pipe into the ground as you go.

What you might want to look for is a middle buster. Maybe run you 150-200.

Trencher needs a hydro - I'm a gear fella, don't normally like a hydro in a tractor, but for a trencher you need a real slow slow gear - a hydro.

The middle buster might do it for you, might have to make a pass or 2 going a little deeper each time, and maybe drag the wire or pipe through on the last pass.

I have to about 400 feet of trenches to dig for electric and water lines very soon

The Home Depot about 20 miles from me rents them for about $200 for a 24 hour period. It includes the trailer.

Most middle busters are limited to about 12 inch in depth...

I rented a trencher last summer at American Rent All on I-45 between Rudy's and Splashtown on the Northbound feeder. Don't remember the exact rate but I think it was around $150/day. I used it and got it back in 4 hours and wound up paying either $105 or $115. They even furnished a small trailer to transport it at no additional cost. The thing looked pretty beat up and used but it ran and did the job for me. If you are trying to save money you might talk to them. With the other quotes I had, I figured it would pay for me to drive from Conroe and back. Good luck.

JJ sent me a pic on one of the other areas of a subsoiler that is a 3 pt hitch affair. I believe they are at TSC. I don't have a TSC or much $$. I thought about extending one of the scarifiers on the box blade.
