Tried installing a new BXpanded brush guard...Mounts in seconds no way. Anyone else ?

I know you said your invoice shows the correct model, however that doesn't necessarily mean you actually have the correct part.
I would recommend you contact BXpanded & check measurements against what you have as to what the model KBXUA3 should be.
My under armor is for a BX24 & fits perfectly & takes only a few minutes to install or remove.

The BX 22 & BX23 show 2 different part #'s, KBXUA & KBKUA3. I know BExpanded is a small shop but they are frustrating to deal with, as they never returned any of my calls. In the last two weeks I left 4-5 messages to return my call..nada

Also bought the Barracuda BH thumb, love it and it installed as advertised.

failed to understand what "lower the mower lift" meant, since I do all my mowing with a Wright-Stander :laughing:

LOL. At least you admitted it. Glad you got it figured out. I just ordered the Under Armor for my old BX2200 today and grabbed one of the Piranha bars too.

Installed both pieces mentioned above yesterday and it was super simple. Both look like very high quality items and will be great improvements.
