There is some evidence out there that limited transmutation can occur in living organisms; e.g., some experiments seem to show that chickens deprived of Calcium can convert Potassium to Calcium and therefore lay perfectly normal eggs, and the chicks will incorporate more Calcium into their bodies than was available from the egg. Other experimenters have claimed that some plants and bacteria can do likewise, but needless to say, some scientists are skeptical. If this is true, the answer would have to incorporate a qualified "yes" to this limited extent.

As you said, I am pretty skeptical of those findings. Of course nearly everything I was taught in school, about physics, chemistry and biology were later proved wrong!

During the last days of WWII, the Japanese were working on a new prototype fighter, designated the Shinden. What were the unique features of this particular aircraft? Only two prototypes were made; they were propeller driven, but plans were to fit it with a jet engine. The war ended before it ever saw action.

Just a wild guess that I think is wrong.
Was that the plane carried on submarines???

"Shinden" probably doesn't provoke an embarrassing nickname like the similar US XP55.

A communications protocol for sending digital images from scanners to computers. It stands for "Technology Without An Interesting Name"

I'm still truing to figure out what Blue tooth is. I know only its an ear piece for a cell phone.
Now what is this "Cloud" crap. I don't understand that either???

Before 9/11, What was the worst Man Caused Disaster in the US????

Any idea who got the Blame????

blu tooth is just a 2.4 ghz radio protocol. to pair up blu tooth devices, like headsets and phones, headset and computers or speakers or about any audio device you want to pair up instead of using wires. Typical ranges are about 30 feet, but some can go further. Even my 2010 Silverado pickup truck has it. You can get in with your cellphone and it will want to pair up the phone with the audio system in the truck.

The "Cloud" is way more complicated. One application of the "Cloud" would be just "cloud" storage, where you buy data storage space on some server, and you have good data connection speed to that location to keep all your data off site for disaster recovery purposes. You can also do "cloud computing" to have your processing power offsite. and just run a client at your local site.. Lots more too..Cloud networking to connect all of your sites... etc. It is all just "in the cloud" man!
