There's extra points if you can get'em right side up! SteveV

In all fairness I have to admit that the can has a handle on it and I hook the handle with a tooth on the tooth bar. About 1/3 of the time I knock the can over and can't flip the handle up to catch it. It is still a neat trick that my wife thinks is stupid and impressive. What really took practice was setting it down again without tipping it over.

Pete, have you used your backhoe as a pooper scooper yet?

I wasn't going to admit it, but yes. Still haven't perfected the art. There's a fine line between success and leaving either a big divit or a long brown streak! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif

Practice will make perfect, though. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Well, the nice thing is that with your three guys and little girl there plus the various guests from the rescue operation I imagine you have plenty of opportunities to practice. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Looks like we're bringing a diabetic pup into our program in the near future. So make that four guys and a girl.

On a sadder note, we're seeing a LOT of goldens in New England with Dominance-Aggression...sort of like an ADD kid that goes violent when he doesn't get his way. An 11 month old ***** was just put down after it savagely bit a four year old girl...and then the mother when she came to the rescue of her daughter. Now we're dealing with a 7 month old male showing the same behavior. They came from the same irresponsible breeder, but we've been unable to find that breeder. So in the meanwhile there are at least two litters out there with bad genetics, and possibly some furry little time bombs waiting to go off.

Guys, if you want a dog please research the breeding program before you buy!

I have a diabetic dog. About a year ago she lost the ability to hold it and started peeing all over the house. Took her to the vet and discovered that she had become diabetic. Started giving her insulin shots twice a day and everything started working right again.......except she's going blind now.

OK, so last night was trash night. I was thinking about this thread, so I tried it - using the FEL to take the garbage down the driveway.

No tooth bar, so I had to get the bucket under the can and then gingerly do a roll back / raise bucket until it was in. Sure, I tipped it over four or five times before I got it but I'd had the foresight to bungee the top on, so no spillage. But I finally got it - only to dump the can over when trying to put it down at the bottom.

It probably took me about twice as long as it would have to just walk the thing down there. But it was a lot more fun /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif!

I think TBN needs to initiate and sponsor the First Annual TBN Tractor Olympics! /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
