Trouble when backing up

Why is it when I hit back up arrow it loads something,but there isn't anything there. If I hit my drop down arrow to back up this is there Http:/d1.openx.org/afr.php?n=ac6459a6& the part after the = is different , but the front part is the same. What is it????
