Has anyone attached a TSC Carry ALL to their BX2200. I would like to have a platform for the back that would allow me to haul things such as firewood and a 55 gallon drum of water.

A second use would be to transport a chipper/shreader that weighs about 150 pounds. It has wheels but the wheels are very narrow and it tips on my hillsides when I try to tow it.

If you have one, what size did you make the platform?
How has it worked for you?

the 55 gallon drum will be getting close to the max weight capaicty on the BX three point hitch. Simple solution, don't fill it up all the way.

If you do a search on Carry all there are many posts here regarding platform size etc.

I'd like to get one myself someday. Too bad the nearest TSC is in NY. I know i can get them elsewhere, but not for the same amount of $$$$

JWE: On my 3pt i've made the reciever type hitch like some of the guys here have and use the plug in trailer hitch platform mine happens to be aluminium but there are many different types, some are steel and some have medium high sides and also at least one that hinges up.
Follow the hitch/3pt weight limitations and each style platform also has a weight limit. I don't put anything to heavey on mine EX: gas powered waterpump, generator or propane tank. On the rear it doesn't seem to bounce around as much as bouncing in the bucket. Could have made one but we had this one for camping already, propane tank and cooler fit perfect. Another .02

Cheers

I will be careful of the weight I put on the back. I plan to fill the drum about 2/3 s full (about 300 lbs).

I am mainly interested in knowing whether the TSC Carry All fits well on the BX2200.

I will do a search for platform sizes.

Thanks

John

Looked at the TSC website if its the black carry all that your refering to then it is simmilar to the aluminium one I have its dimmensions are 22"x60" our tractors are less than 48" wide so you would have an over hange of 6" per side. The steel one is more ridged than my aluminium one. If the mesh feels soft I put a piece of wood down to span the mesh. My wife can easily move the aluminium one around she didn't like the heft of the steel

Cheers

The carry-all from TSC will fit any cat 1 3ph. I have seen some new KK equipment coming out made just for sub-compacts. Don't know if a carry-all was part of them though.

I've been using one for the past year, it fits the BX2200 fine, and I have even adapted it to fit on the FEL to use as forks.as was posted by another member a while back.

JimC... Thanks for the information. How did you attach it to the bucket?

I welded a plate that goes under the lip of the FEL and the carry all sets on top of the front edge of the FEL,

Then I use a chain and a small boomer to hold the bottom of the carry all to the FEL
