cost of extermination?....... why not add on the cost of resodding the entire yard? of course we'd need to add on the cost of removing the destroyed sod, soil prep including feralizer, and trucking away of bad mole infested sod (the price of gas is outragious ya know). Of course he'd probibly need a soil analysis and an environmental impact statment to see if the moles left any hazardious or infectious "special somethings" behind. Oh, don't forget to sue for the water bill for keeping the new sod wet AND if on city water add the sewer charge too. Now lets not forget any permit fees or taxes associated with the "construction" zone. Well, there may be added liability charges associated with all that heavy equipment: add that to the bill. Finally and not even close to least don't forget to add the cost of the neighbors temporary housing because there's no way he'll be able to live there during all this work.
