The truck actually used to be a stick, but at one time I had a plow on it and an auto is a lot better for that purpose. I also swapped due to the 203-205 double t-case setup. The only tranny I had that would hook to the 203, which is the t-case that is first in-line, was the 727. All me NP standards were hooked straight to the 205's.
