Thanks again for all the nice welcomes. Forecast isnt too good for tomorrow. I hope they can get it here. If not tomorrow, i might have them to install the rear weights afterall. I had Rim Guard put in but might need more, not sure.

Welcome. I know you will enjoy your M7040. I got mine back in Nov and I love it. I'm becoming more and more comfortable with it all the time. My wife likes to joke that she's becoming a "Tractor Widow". At least I think she's joking.

This is a great place to ask questions and learn. Enjoy!!!!

Thanks all. I think i'm going to get along with it pretty good. We had a basement dug and had a lot of dirt so i practiced quite a bit. With the blade on back, rim saver in tires and 320# of wheel weights on the back, it never felt like there was anything in the scoop. I picked up a full load of fine sand and it was fine too. The wifs says she's going to learn to drive it!

Very nice setup, sure like that blade.

Congrats! Nice machine you have there!
First time I've seen a M40 with bolt on wheel weights. Looks good and sounds like it works great.

The weights are nice but a lot of $'s. About $1 / lb. Rim saver was 42 cents/lb. The blade is great now that the dealer got the 3rd cylinder installed on it. The little tractor has moved quit a bit of dirt the last few days. Maybe snow tomorrow.

Yeah, I've been pricing steel weight and like you said, it come out to about $1 a lb anyway you try it, wheel weights, cast center wheels or suitcase weights....

Again nice tractor. Enjoy it!
