Resizing using IRFanview:

When viewing the desired photo, click the IMAGE button and you will get his popup where you then need to choose RESIZE / RESAMPLE and get this

IRFANresize.jpg

where you see a variety of choices to resize and more.

IRFANresize2.jpg

Then obviously, click SAVE (or SAVE AS)

I hope these help more.

So again I ask, what's with the 'attitude' ? :confused:

So again I ask, what's with the 'attitude' ?

No attitude.

You replied to my original post with:

This seems to say that this process is simple and members can / should know how to from a link you supply that is a year old in a thread titled Power Beyond Kit in 755 JD.

I mearly stated...

Sorry I did not know that

I see no attitude.

I see a reply that states a clear fact.

The process shown in your link may be some of what this is about (attaching photos) ...but it is NOT simple to deduce how to via your link.

Someone looking for advice on how to attach photos would be "lucky" to find your link.

So...in the end

It is not as "simple" as you put it if you are saying your link shows how to. Someone could stumble across it if reading that thread. The participants in that thread would / should see it, but not the majority and probably not people looking for info ONLY on how to attach photos.

No one would think, including me, hence my reply, to look at threads a year old and titled something else, to find out how to attach a photo

yooper,
I started a poll: "Your type of internet connection" yesterday in the "Related Topics" section of our forum and so far the ratio is one in every 4.44 posters are using a dial-up connection. Please all go and poll.
"D" = dial-up
"H" = high speed

Well, leave it to Photobucket to change things yet again.

They revamped their site and things have changed.

Normally I would edit my post / reply with the bad / old info and put the new info in.

Here on TBN you cannot edit your posts after a certain amount of time.

Even if I add the new info and new photos as a reply to this, I would not be able to edit it again if there were changes made later by photobucket.

Oh well, sorta like they say

"No good deed goes unpunished"

Just be aware that my Photobucket instructions are outdated.
